Re-freezing

Lewins re-freezing phase occurs when the bus is running in Alum Rock on regular basis and signs of resistance will be observed and dealt with appropriately.

• 
  A mini evaluation at the end of every month by the users of the service. This should convince the 'laggards' (Lancaster & Lancaster, 1981)
• 
  Suggestion box where comments, queries and complaints are welcomed by the midwives, managers, women and the local community.
